Through the Xiaomi Mi 9 Pro 5G, Xiaomi first introduced a linear vibration motor in its catalog of smartphones. Since then, many other devices have been arriving on the market with this same feature, combined with the advanced haptic system, Mi Haptic.
Thanks to the use of these linear vibration motors and Mi Haptic technology, terminals like the Xiaomi Mi 11 are capable of offering a 4D experience, emulating the same sensation of pressing a physical button.
In addition, Mi Haptic has evolved enormously in the last year, combining perfectly with the MIUI interface and thus giving us a much more immersive user experience through the generation of realistic vibrations.
How to adjust the vibration system and touch response of your Xiaomi
If your Xiaomi is among those that have a linear vibration motor, MIUI adds an interesting option to adjust tactile responsel. To do this, we just have to follow these steps:
- Go to Settings> Sound and vibration
- Once inside we will have to activate the option “haptic feedback“
After activating this MIUI option we can adjust the level of tactile response, that is, the intensity with which it will vibrate when interacting with the interface itself. The older it is, the more you will notice the interaction of Mi Haptic technology.
It should be noted that this setting is only available on those devices that have X axis linear vibration motor, that is, the Xiaomi Mi 10, Mi 10 Pro, Mi 10 Ultra, Mi 10T Pro, Mi 10T, Mi11, Mi 11 Ultra and Mi 11 Pro.
