Beyond the options and functionalities that Xiaomi integrates in MIUI, we find those known as developer options. These, intended for application and service developers, allow us to configure a multitude of options on our smartphone that from the Xiaomi layer we cannot.
Although we are not developers, the developer options available on any Android device allow us to adjust an infinity of parameters such as speeding up the animations or displaying the FPS and Hz on the screen.
All these possibilities are joined by options for USB debugging, generation of logs, configuration and management of the image color in AMOLED screens and a complete system of development options on the system applications.
In addition, if we activate the developer options in our Xiaomi we can limit background processes thus improving energy consumption, speed up graphics performance, establish a dummy GPS location and so all kinds of options for the most “pro”.
